1. Who We Are

AuraX Fit is a fitness, nutrition, hydration, habit, activity, and progress tracking service. This policy applies to the AuraX Fit Android app, AuraX dashboard, AuraX websites, account tools, support interactions, rewarded coins, ads, and related services that link to this policy.

The developer and operator of AuraX Fit can be contacted for privacy questions, data requests, and account deletion requests at support@aurax.fit.

2. Account and Profile Data

Depending on the features you use, AuraX Fit may collect:

• Name, username, email address, password authentication data, profile photo, avatar, preferences, account settings, support messages, and feedback.
• Sign-in status, session records, account role, membership status, privacy settings, profile cosmetics, and account security events.

We use this data to create and secure your account, authenticate sign-ins, show your profile, provide support, prevent misuse, and operate account controls.

3. Fitness, Wellness, and Nutrition Data

If you use tracking features, AuraX Fit may collect or generate:

• Workout logs, exercises, activity records, step counts, hydration logs, goals, habits, tasks, streaks, progress records, reports, and related fitness inputs.
• Food diary entries, meals, calories, macros, nutrition totals, custom foods, barcode scan results, meal scan inputs, food images, and nutrition history.

AuraX Fit uses this data to operate fitness, calorie, macro, workout, hydration, task, streak, report, and progress features. AuraX Fit is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency support, or professional healthcare guidance.

4. User Content and Uploaded Data

• Posts, comments, votes, saved content, public profile details, profile images, progress images, food images, and other content you choose to submit.
• Some profile or community content may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings and the feature you use.

Do not upload private information about other people without their permission. You are responsible for content you choose to submit.

5. Device, Usage, and Diagnostics Data

• IP address, approximate region, browser type, device type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, buttons clicked, feature usage, session details, logs, crash reports, diagnostics, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.
• Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies may be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure usage, improve performance, and troubleshoot problems.

6. Device Permissions

AuraX Fit may request permissions only when needed for app features, such as:

• Camera access for barcode scanning, food images, profile images, or other image uploads.
• Notification permission for reminders, account messages, tracking prompts, and service updates.
• Media or storage access for profile images, food images, progress images, or other uploads.
• Health, fitness, or activity access for step and activity tracking where supported by your device and enabled by you.
• Location access only if a feature clearly requires it and you grant permission.

You can allow, deny, or change permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work if the required permission is disabled.

7. How We Use Data

• Create, authenticate, secure, and manage accounts.
• Provide calorie, macro, nutrition, food diary, workout, hydration, habit, step, task, streak, report, and progress tracking features.
• Show profile, community, saved content, rewards, coins, banners, frames, and digital item features.
• Operate rewarded ads, coin balances, reward claims, reward limits, checkout records where available on the web dashboard, and abuse-prevention checks.
• Send reminders, push notifications, service notices, support replies, and account messages.
• Analyze performance, fix bugs, prevent fraud, enforce terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect AuraX Fit and users.

8. Ads, Rewarded Coins, and Payments

When ads or rewarded ads are enabled, advertising providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app activity, and ad interaction data to show ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and deliver rewards.

AuraX Fit processes coin balances, reward claims, reward limits, purchase or checkout records when available on the web dashboard, and abuse-prevention signals to operate the rewarded coin and digital item system. The AuraX Fit Android app does not include a mobile checkout flow or coin sales inside the Android app.

9. How We Share Data

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate, improve, monetize, secure, and support AuraX Fit, including:

• Hosting, database, cloud storage, authentication, and security providers.
• Analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, and error monitoring providers.
• Ad networks and rewarded ad providers when ads are enabled.
• Email delivery, customer support, notification, and communication providers.
• AI meal scan, nutrition, barcode, food data, health, fitness, or activity integrations used to power app features.
• Payment processors for web dashboard checkout records when those features are available outside the Android app.

We may also share data if required by law, legal process, fraud investigation, business transfer, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AuraX Fit, users, or others.

10. Data Safety and Third-Party SDKs

Third-party SDKs and integrations may collect or process data as part of app functionality, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, authentication, notifications, storage, nutrition data, barcode data, AI meal scan features, or payment processing. We review these providers for the features we use, but their own privacy policies may also apply when they process data.

The information in this Privacy Policy should match the data practices declared for AuraX Fit in Google Play Console's Data safety section.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal and sensitive user data, including access controls and secure transmission where supported. However, no app, website, network, database, or method of transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details and devices safe.

12. Data Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide AuraX Fit, maintain accounts, operate app features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce terms, maintain security, and preserve backups.

Retention periods may vary by data type. Account and profile data is usually kept while your account exists. Security logs, backup records, fraud-prevention records, support records, and payment records may be kept for a limited period when needed for legal, security, dispute, or operational reasons.

13. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your account in the Android app or request deletion help at aurax.fit/account-deletion. You may also contact support@aurax.fit for privacy or deletion help.

We may need to verify that the requester controls the account before making changes. After deletion, we delete or anonymize eligible account data unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute, or operational reasons.

14. Children and Younger Users

AuraX Fit is intended for users who are old enough to use online services in their country or region, or who have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child in a way that requires parental consent and consent was not provided, we will take appropriate steps to delete the data.

15. International Processing

Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on the hosting, database, analytics, advertising, support, and infrastructure providers used by AuraX Fit.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when AuraX Fit changes or when legal, security, or operational requirements change. When we update it, we will change the Last updated date on this page.
